Pre-Season kicks off

Training sessions will involve: circuit training, endurance, speed training and of course some football-focussed drills and games. It’s during these sessions we can assess and grade you into one of our teams for the season.

Make the effort to get down to the park. Bring a drink, bring your runners and boots and slap on the sun screen.
